What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email, suburb or postcode, the service you're interested in, your project description and any optional details such as timing, budget or attachments. We also record which page the enquiry came from.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals and carry out work you engage us for. We don't sell your information.
Who we share it with
Enquiries may be stored in our customer management software so we can keep track of your project. We may share relevant details with other trades or suppliers involved in your project, where needed.
Requires legal review: Name the CRM provider (e.g. GoHighLevel) and where data is stored once configured.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
